REM Architects, established in 1996, provides Programming, Planning, Design, Architecture, Construction Administration and Consulting services.

We specialize in Healthcare, Institutional and Commercial projects. Our projects range from Master Planning/Programming to Incidental Remodels and Tenant Improvements. Our projects have ranged up to $177 million in Project costs.

REM Architects has extensive experience working with jurisdictional agencies, including Federal, multi-State and local authorities having jurisdiction, as well as private affiliations and associations. We are fully versed and knowledgeable of building codes and regulations, in particular, interpretations of IBC, CBC, Title 24 & 22, Health Codes, including ADA and State Energy Efficiency Standards.

REM Architects did a stellar job in designing the remodel/expansion of the Tunnel Creek Cafe in Incline Village, NV. What was once a small, modest little cafe has transformed into a vibrant, “must try” eating establishment that grabs drive-by attention immediately.
